    Position Summary:


    The Data Integrity Analyst II demonstrates mastery of all Data Integrity Analyst I roles and responsibilities and can handle special projects and support as needed.

    The Data Integrity Analyst II indirectly coaches team members and provides ongoing cross training, quality assurance, and mentorship as needed.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    (not limited to)

    Demonstrated mastery of Data Integrity Analyst I responsibilities and duties, including:

    Manage data preparation, manipulation, cleansing, and segmentation through a variety of tools.
    Generate and review data output, reports, and analysis to ensure overall accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
    Reject or fix formatting and any data quality issues.
    Code integrity checks and data updates using SQL.
    Create reports using queries and logic across a variety of tools and/reporting services.
    Resolve data anomalies using problem solving, logic, and critical thinking to ensure complete and accurate data.
    Maintain institutional specific data processing instructions and documentation.
    Apply critical thinking and quality control in all data processes.
    Work with cross functional team members to resolve data issues.

    Assist in developing and documenting new and existing products and services with teams across the business.
    Work cross functionally as needed to support technology teams (engineering, infrastructure, telephony, etc.) on a regular basis.
    Maintain collaborative relationship with team members to work toward delivery goals and KPIs.
    Assist in training plan and execution to bridge specific product line processes and procedures gaps within the team.
    Serves as a liaison between internal team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
    Awareness of and adherence to data governance best practices.

    Qualifications:

    REQUIRED


    Associate degree with 2-4 years' experience in a technical field; Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, business, finance, or related field preferred.

    At least 2 years of experience with relational databases, SQL, data analysis and/or data processing.
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
    Ability to process remotely as deemed necessary by the manager to meet critical deadlines.
    Ability to work overtime as deemed necessary by the manager to meet critical deadlines.
    Ability to maintain and work in a remote home office
    Remote/virtual work environment must be free from distractions while performing the essential functions of the job and have a reliable network connection
    Position predominantly includes sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, extensive keyboarding, talking, hearing, and infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of fifteen pounds)
