    Role Overview


    The Associate Marketing Manager will assist the Market Manager in driving the strategic initiatives for the growth-focused markets within the Business Unit.

    The role will focus on providing insights on leads & market intelligence to create clearer focus areas.

    This role will also help to create and/or maintain tools to equip the Sales team with the information needed to grow the markets.

    Lead Generation & Marketing

    Proactively identify and target potential clients through market research and strategic analysis
    Implement lead qualification criteria to ensure a targeted approach, separating warm leads from the broader prospect pool
    Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and current information for effective outreach
    Work closely with sales teams to understand their requirements and align lead generation efforts with overall sales objectives
    Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on performance data, industry trends, and feedback from sales teams
    Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
    Summarize findings to provide the Market Manager with actionable insights for decision-making

    Drive For Results

    Manage flow of projects through commercialization while supporting the Market Manager on creating alignment across stakeholders in Sales, R&D, and Operations to improve speed to market
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation
    Maintain the pulse of market data, sales figures, and performance metrics
    Craft reports that tell a story and guide strategic decision-making
    Develop compelling value proposition/selling support materials & presentations for both Sales and customers

    Customer Support & Engagement

    Provide samples as needed for the entire Business Unit in coordination with the Creative Services team
    Support Market Manager in preparation of trade shows
    Occasionally attend customer visits

    Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree with specialization in Marketing or Business
    Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills across wide range of audiences
    Strong conceptual and analytical skills, attention to details
    Demonstrated analytical acumen and ability to synthesize recommendations from vast and not always aligned data sets
    Experience with projects involving highly technical products and multiple stakeholders
    Demonstrates leadership qualities and success working in cross functional environments
    Good understanding of pricing, costing, and basic business finance
    Ability to sit up to 100% of time
    Ability to communicate up to 100% of time
    Ability to move from one place to another up to 50% of time
    Ability to work on a computer 100% of time
    Ability to travel domestically 5-10% of time
    Office environment
