We are looking for
Call Center Agents
(m/f/d) for our Berlin location for outbound telephone calls - no sales or consultations.

Fixed working hours, Monday to Friday from 8 or 9 am to 4 pm.

The contract is
unlimited.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with existing business clients
  • You will work according to guidelines and policies
  • You will receive training on the existing database

Your Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in telephone customer service and acquiring new customers, but it is not mandatory
  • You have knowledge of MS Office
