We are looking for nursing professionals (m/f/d) to accompany a young boy with seizures to school in Karlsruhe from 7am to 4pm.

Your profile:

  • Enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults with intensive care needs
  • Empathy, reliability, responsibility and social competence
  • Certified nursing professional (m/f/d), i.e. completed training as a health and pediatric nurse, nurse, pediatric nurse, or nurse with further training in intensive care (according to the new federal framework recommendation)
  • Independent and careful work ethic
  • Willingness for personal and professional development
  • Experience with patients requiring ventilation is preferred
  • Valid driver's license

Your tasks:
In addition to accompanying the child to school, the following tasks await you with our small and large intensive care patients:

  • Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters
  • Acting in emergency situations
  • Communicating with family members, patients, doctors and therapists
  • Performing all basic and treatmentrelated nursing tasks (e.g. administering oxygen and medication, injections, suctioning, button care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, as well as monitoring)
