- Manage sales, operations and administrative units.
- Service existing customer base.
- Grow customer base year over year.
- Collaborate with Senior Management in establishing operational and financial goals for the branch.
- Manage and direct branch management team in day-to-day business operations.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budgets for profitable operation of the branch.
- Direct and coordinate branch financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize efficiencies.
- Manage accounts receivable/revenue collection and account attrition to acceptable levels.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and new policies implemented as required.
- Hire and promote the talent needed to meet or exceed plan.
- Develop team members, including close engagement with and participation in, technician training.
- Create and maintain a healthy work environment where employee engagement is high, including reinforcing Vector's strong culture relative to our purpose, mission, and values.
- Retain high performing talent through engagement, development, and career opportunities.
- Engage in strong performance management, i.e., establish goals, hold meaningful career conversations, conduct on-going / meaningful performance discussions, and hold meaningful year-end assessment conversations.

- High School or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of successful leadership.
- Experience overseeing business operations, as well as human resources, finance, and communications.
