Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join their growing IT organization in Columbus.
This individual must be deadline oriented, team focused, and collaborative/communicative An ideal candidate should have experience owning all agile processes and ensuring the development team is completing tasks and projects effectively.
The clients current environment will need someone proficient in facilitating sprint and release planning, epic and user story creation and sizing, tracking progress and maintaining sprint velocity and burn-up/burn-down progress reporting, in respect to the clients practices.
