- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Must be proficient and skilled with:
- Facilitating Sprint and Release Planning
- Epic and User Story Creation and Sizing
- Tracking progress and maintaining spring velocity and burn-up/burn-down progress reporting
- Ability to drive projects and hit deadlines effectively
- Experience collaborating with Solution Managers across all lines of business
- Great mentor, coach, and team player to development teams they lead
