Your tasks:

Service consultation at the vehicle
Creation of service orders with performance, price and deadline commitments
Ensuring service quality
Evaluation of orders and creation of final invoices
Processing and documentation of warranty and goodwill cases
Compliance with quality standards and work execution according to BMW guidelines
