The Breitenburg Office is looking for an administrative clerk (m/f/d) at the Finance Office as soon as possible.
Full-time (39 hours/week), permanent, pay group 9 a TVöD
The Breitenburg Office sees itself as a modern service company and is a competent and citizen-friendly contact for its 8,700 inhabitants. It manages a total of 11 municipalities, a school association and a special purpose association.
Your tasks
- Asset accounting
- Cost accounting/fee determination and fee calculation for cost accounting facilities, especially for wastewater disposal in the affiliated municipalities
- Wastewater disposal regulations as well as contribution and fee regulations
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r in local government administration or alternatively a minimum of three years of commercial training or completed training as a Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r.
- You have knowledge and experience in municipal budget and cash law.
- Knowledge of the municipal budget and cash software "
