    Description
    Home Instead is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to be the voice and face of our Bath Township office. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing: clients, care professionals and referral sources. If you are a friendly, outgoing individual, we want to speak to you

    Primary duties in this role include:
  • Greeting incoming guests
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining a professional office environment
  • Supporting HR, Client Care, and General Administrative teams
  • Assisting with planning, implementing, executing office events and activities
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Sharing of on-call responsibilities (with a separate, additional salary)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Qualifications include:
  • Friendly, upbeat professional demeanor
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great organizational skills
  • A team player
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn an in-house software system are a must
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $30,000 - $31,500 per year

    Expected hours: 40 per week
