ARE YOU THE INTERIM PROGRAM DIRECTOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Here's what you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred:

  • College degree or CNA certification
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (experience with adults diagnosed with ID/D, ABI, or chronic conditions is a plus)
  • Map certification

AVERAGE DAY AS AN INTERIM PROGRAM DIRECTOR
In this role, you oversee the operations of a group home for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining a structured daily routine, organizing activities, assisting with daily living tasks, ensuring medication administration, and upholding human rights principles.

You implement positive behavior support strategies outlined in Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and manage crises as needed.
