YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As an On Call Day Habilitation Aide, your role is dynamic and impactful. Your primary responsibilities involve delivering attentive care, skillful teaching, and essential support while evaluating programmatic services. You're the key figure in transporting, accompanying, and supporting individuals to various destinations, including home, medical, dental, and psychiatric appointments, as well as leisure activities.
Your expertise in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) is crucial, as you play a vital role in crisis assessment, prevention, and necessary intervention. Additionally, your commitment extends to attending pool and gym sessions with individuals, contributing to their overall well-being, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment
