Monitor and improve Manufacturing KPI Overall Equipment Efficiency, Throughput, and Unplanned Stops during shift operation. Support daily execution of Standard Works
Assist in the development of technical and operating standards Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons, Job-Aides, and Troubleshooting Guides and training of manufacturing Associates.
Co-create validation documents (IQ, OQ, & PQ) and leads execution of process qualifications for new and existing production systems. Follow and observe all regulatory requirements (GMPs, ISO, FDA, OSHA, internal policies) applicable to the area of responsibility.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree with 2 years of related work experience. Proficient with Manufacturing software
Work Schedule:
1:00pm - 9:30pm with weekends It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Professional Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or must be on track to getting certified within 12 months of hire.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
