Our history

How it all started

BRAINEFFECT's story starts with a man who couldn't sleep: Fabian Foelsch. As competitive athlete, the stress before competitions kept Fabian awake at night.

At some point, he started looking into biohacking and how nutrition doesn't only impact athletic performance, but also sleep and mental well-being.

He soon realized that a strong and happy mind needs to be fed with the right nutrients.
