Responsibilities


You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in Malterdingen, characterized by empathy and a collaborative approach, ensuring smooth process flow.

Together with your team, you will create monthly payroll statements including all pre- and post-processing tasks for our clients, always keeping an eye on the professional development of your team.

As the first point of contact for your colleagues, you are there to provide support and guidance.

Last but not least, mobile work is also possible in the future

Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in payroll accounting and team leadership
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and commitment, and a goaloriented and agile way of working is second nature to you
  • You master challenges with persuasiveness and decisionmaking skills, and a motivating and appreciative approach to each other is very important to you
  • Very good knowledge of German
