The Role:


As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for enabling and empowering Large Language Models (LLMs) for a variety of financial use cases.

You will have the opportunity to bring the latest research and development on LLMs to internal users, and lead in many aspects from training, fine tuning, to deploying LLMs to production.

We are passionate about Large Language Models and are bringing in cutting edge AI technologies to develop solutions to complex challenges in the financial industry.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline
  • 15+ years relevant industry experience
  • Expert knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow
  • Handson experience in LLM training, fine tuning, and/or deployment a big plus
  • Solid skills of algorithms, data structure, system architecture, and software engineering
  • Highly proficient in Python. Familiarity with C++ and CUDA a big plus
  • Experience with model serving frameworks highly desirable
  • Experience with large scale distributed ML systems
  • Performance analysis and optimization experience
  • Indepth understanding of DevOps and MLOps
