What you will do: * You will plan the available vehicles for our drivers and different regions, taking into account the algorithm * Multitasking is the key.

While monitoring the progress of active tours, you also ensure compliance with processes * In case of any issues, you handle customer deviations with a high level of flexibility and a strong focus on customer service * Proactive communication - if a package cannot be delivered today, no problem, you inform our recipients with your friendly manner about possible delays * You are the contact person and supervisor for our drivers on the road * You have a keen eye for identifying potential for improvement?
