Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage event budgets effectively and seek opportunities for cost savings
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements
- Market events through various channels to attract attendees
- Provide exceptional guest services before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with organizational goals
- Plan and execute fundraising activities during events
- Utilize strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in events management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong background in event planning, marketing, and fundraising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management processes
Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
