ChristianaCare is searching for a
Casual Physician Liaison to develop and maintain strong alliance with target Physicians/ Practices in a defined service area through successful execution of liaison provider alignment and service line growth plans.

In addition, participate in strategic planning and identification of physician targets to achieve this growth through utilization of ChristianaCare's data analytic tools; deliver prospective business plans and retrospective performance to leadership on a quarterly basis; Responsible for both field visits to physicians and referral staff in offices, as well as regular interaction with facility and market executive leaders and service line leadership.


Principal duties and responsibilities:


  • Develops, socializes, and implements service line growth plans for key market service lines.
  • Recognized by internal partners as the field extension market and service line leadership team, and the primary market intelligence contributor for network and program development planning.
  • Functions as the primary resource to deliver information about referring physicians for marketing, service line, and division leadership, providers, and administrators.
  • Effectively prioritizes outreach efforts to maximize quality time with targeted referral opportunities to drive growth.
  • Identifies new community provider targets to participate in ChristianaCare's Value Based Strategies.
  • Incorporates a holistic system approach to business planning. Plans include not just physician targeting, but responsive service recovery and pull through strategies with internal administrators.
  • Records all call activity into CRM on a weekly basis and complies with defined call metrics developed by business development leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare
years' experience in sales or strategy with focus on the physicians, office staffs or other medical specialties


Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements:


  • Healthcare Industry knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
