- Coordinating all facility efforts with referral sources as well as the facility's professional relations program
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Administrator and Regional Director of Operations to grow the referral base, assess, and process referrals in a timely manner
- Enhancing the facility's reputation in the medical community
- Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of senior living industry sales experience, preferably in assisted living
- Demonstrated track record of facility-level marketing to acute care and other referral sources
- Management level marketing experience, preferred
- Ability to balance short-term tasks requiring immediate attention with long-term project planning
- Superior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
