    Pharma Insights Specialist | Job Description

    Role: Insights Specialist (Pharma/Healthcare)Salary: Negotiable, depending on experienceLocation: Remote, US-based

    Role Description

    Our client is looking for a Social Media Insights Specialist who can lead on our insights / data offering with a majorpharma client. You will be responsible for delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports on socialcampaign/channel performance; maintaining accurate data; tracking social media sentiment duringpharmaceutical congresses; and reporting on the success of strategy, suggesting changes where required.

    The role will be within a team dedicated to a singular pharma client, working to deliver their social mediastrategy across a range of platforms. The role will require a knowledge of social data sets and how tomanipulate it within spreadsheets to deliver learnings. It will also require knowledge of social listening tools;the team currently uses Brandwatch but a working knowledge of other platforms (Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon,Socialbakers, Pulsar etc.) would be fine for the role.

    You will be reporting directly to the Account Director, based in Buenos Aires, and working closely with theUS-based account team and UK-based Insights team who will be pulling and maintaining the data you workwith.

    Required skills, experience and competencies

    The ideal candidate...

    • has strong knowledge of data, and the ability to organise and pull-out key insights
    • has knowledge of social listening and experience with a social listening tool
    • can take multiple complex data points and tell a story visually
    • has a strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, ideally Google sheets, and is able to work with pivottables
    • has knowledge of social media platforms and data. Knowledge of social media paid ads data is a bonus
    • feels comfortable working within a fast-paced team environment on various projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and has proficient problem solving skills
    • is proficient in communicating complex data effectively and simply in a variety of written and verbalformats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organisations, other 3rd parties etc
