Front Desk Manager (M/F/D) - Full-time
We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of all front desk staff
- Organization and operation of an efficiently run front desk department
- Scheduling and vacation planning
- Representing the hotel within the property
- Creating invoices for companies and travel agencies
- Providing information and general guest assistance
- Checking in and out hotel guests
- Collecting all payments
- Cash and safe management
- Handling all administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Excellent manners and assertiveness
- Independent, orderly, and attentive work style
- Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
- Knowledge of program processes and working with hotel software PROTEL HMS
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

- 5 days / 39 hours per week
