Job Description:

Independent execution of all personnel administrative tasks within the scope of personnel management
Contact person for employees and managers for all personnel matters
Handling of labor law issues
Preparation of hiring documents and creation of contracts and contract documents
Processing of entries and exits
Creation of employment references
Preparation of payroll accounting, close cooperation with the tax office
Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, authorities and offices
Maintenance of master data, personnel files and control of time recording
You have an eye for process optimization

Qualifications:

Training in the commercial sector, a degree in personnel management or relevant professional experience as a personnel clerk or similar.
Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
Good MS Office skills
Knowledge of labor law
Very good communication skills, reliability and confident appearance
Teamwork, sense of responsibility and independent work
