Aerospace Product Marketing Manager (Houston)

【Essential Duties】
1.) Develop new business opportunities with key accounts.
2.) Manage multiple teams of commission-based sales representatives.
3.) Identify new markets and applications for the Aerospace Division's products.
4.) Actively manage the marketing of the Aerospace Division's non-oil and gas products.
5.) Perform short, mid, and long term business strategy, planning and forecasting.
6.) Provide recommendations to and coordinate with company leadership and Engineering about market trends and new product opportunities.
7.) Travel to customer locations and to Japan, as needed, for business related training, meetings etc.
8.) Participate in industry trade association meetings and committees as deemed necessary by the company management.
9.) Represent the company at various industry trade shows.
【Working Hours, Working style】
7.5hr / day, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm with 1hr lunch
【Working Location】
Sugar Land, TX (Houston area)
Work from home once a week
This position will require regional travel and some international travel. Travel may be required up
to 30% of the time.

【Qualifications】
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development for technical products (preferably in an Aerospace or motion sensing field) preferred.
• Japanese language and culture knowledge is a plus.
