Responsibilities:

Organize live and online events (such as trade shows and conferences)
Assist with event preparation and execution
This includes technical webinar support, onsite assistance with materials, registration, and attendee reception
Plan and compile communication materials and marketing collateral (such as flyers)
Work with your team to evaluate events after they have taken place (such as creating feedback reports and managing budgets)
Support daily tasks such as data management, proofreading, and material organization and distribution

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience organizing live and online events (such as trade shows and conferences)
Ability to assist with event preparation and execution
This includes technical webinar support, onsite assistance with materials, registration, and attendee reception
Experience planning and compiling communication materials and marketing collateral (such as flyers)
Ability to evaluate events after they have taken place (such as creating feedback reports and managing budgets)
