    Job Description:
    We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Training Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for assisting managers with crafting job descriptions, facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, and collaborating with managers to develop comprehensive 90-day plans for new hires.

    Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building a training platform to streamline the onboarding process and track employee progress.


    Core Responsibilities:

    Recruiting:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and craft job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

    Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to screening to interviewing, ensuring a good fit with company culture and role requirements.


    Orientation:
    Plan and execute orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to the company's mission, values, and culture. Ensure they have all necessary tools and information to start their journey on the right foot.

    Onboarding:
    Develop and manage a structured onboarding program that integrates new employees into their roles and the company culture. This includes setting up check-ins, feedback sessions, and early performance review processes to gauge adjustment and satisfaction.
