A long-term client of Insight Global is looking to hire on a Customer Support Engineer to sit remotely in either Florida or Texas.
The manager is looking for a highly motivated self-starter, with experience in an application/software customer support role, who works well with little supervision.
Case management, technical troubleshooting, reproducing reported bugs, and software configuration should be part of your skillset.Excellent written English is required, as professionalism and helpfulness are key when creating clear and concise knowledge base articles and communicating via email to client.
This person must be comfortable with jumping on a call with clients to walk through issues or clearly document how to use product's features.
This individual should possess a genuine interest in technology and problem solving and enjoy helping others to learn and succeed.
This is a hands-on role responding to support cases over email, phone, or virtual meeting. Case work ranges from account setup questions, product training issues, and technical troubleshooting. Some cases may require thorough investigation, reviewing debug logs, or testing locally to recreate the issue. Caseload will vary. During busy times it is important to work quickly and accurately so that customers get timely responses. There will also be less busy times which you'll use to catch up with admin and background tasks.About the company:
