    HR Intern

    Description:

    PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A

    HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN

    POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly

    LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

    WAGE SCALE: $18.00-$22.00

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Greet all incoming visitors.

    + Answers phones and route calls to appropriate party.

    + Mail distribution.

    + Data entry and updating various software applications.

    + Maintain office and keep supplies stocked.

    + Assist the Human Resources department with a variety of clerical tasks and projects.

    + Abide by all safety regulations set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Recent graduate with a Business Administration Degree or Certificate. Emphasis or concentration in Human Resource preferred but not required.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

    + Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.

    + Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

    + Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner.

    + Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, Adobe Professional, Success Factors, and Data Facts.

    + Regular attendance is required.

    + Valid CA Drivers License
