We are in search of an Internal Auditor II or Internal Auditor III to join our Internal Audit department in Rocklin, California.

This full-time position reports to the SVP, Internal Audit and it's primary responsibilities include, evaluating management's internal controls, performing audit testing on operational audits and identifying, assessing and reporting on risk areas in the organization.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.

Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position is:

Level II:
$79,000 - $137,000; bonus at target is 10% or 12% of salary based on experience.

Level

III:
$98,000 - $155,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary.

Job Requirements

Perform audit testing with a focus on the effectiveness of internal controls relating to financial reporting.
Perform audit testing with a focus on operational audits relating to operational objectives, reliability of reporting information and compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with simple credit/loan reviews including evaluation of loans and lending relationships for adherence to established lending policies and procedures, as needed.
Prepare work papers which accurately represent the audit testing completed and conclusions reached.
Prepare preliminary summary of findings and draft internal audit reports to accurately summarize audit testing, conclusions, and recommendations.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Generally, requires at least two years accounting, audit or similar experience
