- Correct Design Authority
- Identify disconnected parts in our Product Data Management system (that exist in our Order Management System)
- Evaluate parts in our Order Management System for the following:
- Correct Design Authority
- Locate native files required for processing Engineering Change Notices.
- Update basic meta data for parts and documents in our Product Data Management system.
- Download marked prints from our Product Data Management system for review and updates.
- Create new part/document revisions in our Product Data Management system.
- Assists all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments.
- May require an associate degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
