- Develop and implement a robust channel partnership strategy to enhance the adoption and sales of our Real World Evidence solutions in the USA.
- Identify and approach potential channel partners such as consulting firms, tech providers, CROs, and other relevant entities in the healthcare sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at partner organizations, aligning our solutions with their needs.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring shared goals, benefits, and transparent expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, sales tools, and partner-specific programs to assist channel partners in promoting our RWE solutions.
- Offer continuous support to channel partners through training, regular communication, and joint sales efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and provide strategic suggestions.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor moves to identify fresh partnership prospects and keep our solutions competitive.
- Represent Luminary Group at industry gatherings, exhibitions, and networking occasions to amplify our brand presence and generate partnership leads.
- Partner closely with internal units to ensure seamless implementation and integration of RWE solutions with channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including consulting firms, technology providers, CROs, and other relevant organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans, including identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and implementing joint initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and propose innovative partnership strategies.
- Collaborative team player with strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding leadership abilities to inspire and drive the team towards success.
- Willingness to travel for meetings with partners and industry events as required.
