- Lead and execute three pillars of marketing – innovation, base business management and campaign development and launches
- Analyze consumer/consumption data to monitor health of business and identify insights to drive strategy and direction
- Support the creation and execution of the business growth objectives
- Demonstrate strong understanding of key P&L drivers for the portfolio, especially when developing new innovation
- Partner with Sales, Shopper & Customer Marketing to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities at retail
- Manage the business day-to-day, including budgets and serving as a point person for the marketing team on execution of seasonal brand campaigns, packaging and marketing collateral updates
- Assist Sr. Marketing Director with development and execution of strategic plans, priorities, objectives, and budgets pertaining to the management of the portfolio
- Assist in deployment of marketing plans and packaging updates; work with external agencies as well as cross-functional teams on creative development and logistics
- Act as key point-of-contact for all marketing partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive key projects and initiatives including E-commerce, Supply Chain and Retail
- Previous experience as an Associate Brand Manager (food experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field - nice to have
- Strong design and computer skills (google analytics, creator studios, social media platforms, google docs)
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
- General knowledge of both retail and e-commerce channel marketing
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and emotional intelligence
- Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting our Marketing and ECommerce teams through a variety of valuable tasks, including expanding our influencer program, extending our brand campaigns into social media channels and being our voice to the consumer online - just to name a few The Associate Brand Manager reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Marketing Team, the Ecommerce Team and Logistics Teams. The successful candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive in their follow-through, and passionate about building relationships and developing an exciting career in marketing at a top-notch brand
