YOU as a
Shipping Employee (m/f/d) for a globally operating company in the mechanical engineering industry.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of internal transports
  • Support of administrative tasks
  • Procurement and verification of predocuments (proof of origin)
  • Communication with international customers and logistics service providers (English)
  • Preparation of export documents and shipping papers, including letters of credit (transport orders, packing lists, export declarations (customs/Atlas), etc.)
  • Selection of logistics service providers based on commercial criteria
  • Verification of billing from logistics service providers

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in freight forwarding, foreign trade or business administration
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in project logistics for sea and air freight
  • Import and export experience
  • Diplomatic approach
  • High level of flexibility
