    As an inside sales and marketing specialist you will have an opportunity to learn and grow from experienced sales managers, and learn our unique niche industry

Our success depends on the relationship between employee engagement and client satisfaction.

    We strive to provide our craft professionals opportunity, a safe working environment, and employee satisfaction by preparing them to serve our clients well and to do the job right.

    Work with branch recruiting and sales staff to provide service to new and existing customer including, but not limited to manpower needs, quotations, business services information, and new client paperwork.

    Understand prospect and client business operations and hiring objectives.
    Located Decision Maker and Influencer personnel withing prospect and client companies.
    Call on new and inactive accounts to generate orders and business.
    Manage sales pipeline and conduct follow-up sales activities to push business forward.
    Work with recruiting team to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
    Ensure sales database is maintained.
    Must have Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    3 Years of inside sales or 2 years of B2B sales Experience.
    At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office.
    CRM experience is a plus.
