Our fast-paced financial firm, W.A. Smith Financial, in Independence, OH or Sheffield Village, OH is seeking to add a Client Service Representative to our team The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business. Role Description

Role Title: Client Service Representative
Summary: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely solutions for client inquiries and needs.
Mission Alignment: By providing outstanding service, you contribute directly to our mission of helping clients worry less about money and focus more on life.

Minimum Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred
Financial Industry experience required
2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
CRM experience

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000/year BOE
