    **Customer Care Representative**

    Elmhurst, IL Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is the premier brand in Chicagos Western Suburbs, is seeking a professional Customer Care Representative to work with our ever-growing list of internet and phone based clients.

    A family owned and operated dealership featuring the most recognized brands in the industry. We maintain an emphasis on customer service focused on personal assistance. The available position is unique to the industry and while we **do not require experience** in a dealership environment we are seeking candidates that have a background in the following:

    Bi-Lingual (not required)

    Experience with customer communications and support

    Excellent phone skills

    Desire to assist others

    Understanding of CRM system operations (we will train in this area)

    Experience in the Customer Service industry

    Enthusiastic approach to work with a great attitude

    Background with Social Media and Mobile Device applications

    We are open to discussing this opportunity with sincere and enthusiastic professionals who are seeking a new career path or just supplementing their income. With an opportunity to earn as much as $40,000 year (part-time), the selected individual will benefit from an aggressive compensation package, to include:

    Flex Scheduling (you will be scheduled up to 50 hours per week in one of two possible shifts)

    Hourly Compensation at the top of the industry

    Monthly performance benefits based upon customer interaction outcomes

    Professional training (ongoing)
