Your responsibilities
- Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
- Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register: you pitch in and give it your all
- You support the branch manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our branch concepts
- You also handle inventory, cleaning, and inventory tasks
- Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with (ideally) first leadership experience, such as shift management
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
- Fast and efficient work style
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
- Paid overtime with precise time tracking
- Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
