Student Assistant in Legal Department (m/f/d):
Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive support of the legal department, particularly in the areas of stock and corporate law, contract and commercial law, corporate housekeeping
- Independent processing and review of contracts and terms and conditions
- Independent maintenance of transparency register entries
- Support of our employees in legal matters and projects
- Research activities and topicspecific evaluation and analysis of literature and case law
