We are a youth welfare institution located on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area (Kamen / Unna / Dortmund / NRW) and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our residential group in Kamen.


Your qualifications and motivation:

  • You have a degree in Special Education / Education / Social Work / Psychology / Rehabilitation Pedagogy / Special Education (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of professional experience in residential child and youth welfare?
  • You enjoy working with your team and knowing that your work serves a meaningful and socially important purpose.

Your area of work:


Our residential group offers long-term care for children and adolescents, with most of them staying with us until the end of their school education.

Your task is to support the young people in our residential group together with your experienced team colleagues in group service.

Flat hierarchies and the opportunity to participate in targeted and regular training and further education make this job particularly attractive.


Start date: The earliest possible start date would be May 1, 2023.


Planning security and flexibility: You will work according to a fixed schedule, which takes your own preferences into account. Your shifts are fixed for the current month and the following two months, providing you with a high level of planning security and flexibility
