**Jubitz is looking to add a Customer Service Account Specialist to our Fleet Services Division in Portland**
This person will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers. No cold calling required.

We offer unrivaled access to cardlock sites across the US and mobile fuel delivery in the Pacific Northwest. Our relationships, service and quality products make Jubitz the premier local, regional and national provider of commercial fueling and lubricant solutions.
**Education and Experience:**
High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
Two years of customer service or sales experience in related or unrelated field; telephone service experience preferred.
**Preferred Skills:**
Strict attention to detail.
Must have excellent language and writing skills.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.
Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.
Ability to respond to the needs of many people, both internal and external customers.
Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

**Additional Notes**
This position functions primarily in a business office setting and the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. Ability to travel between buildings is necessary.
