The town of Holden Heights, FL is currently seeking a

'Caregiver' (m/f/d)

for an indefinite part-time position of 15 to 25 hours per week at the multifunctional building in Bardowick.

The multifunctional building is set to open in April 2023 and will welcome various clubs, associations, and organizations.

The town of Holden Heights is looking for an individual who will take care of the needs of the visitors.

The responsibilities include:

Coordinating appointments
Checking the premises after use
Preparing and organizing administrative events
Invoicing for usage fees
Locking up the building (including weekends)

Changes to the distribution of tasks may occur.

We expect from you:

Proficiency in German
Organizational skills, friendliness, and good communication
Ability to make decisions and present oneself confidently
Independent work ethic, reliability, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Proficiency in using Office products
Flexibility with working hours
Mobility
