    Our growing construction equipment business is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Admin, heavy on the admin, to do the following tasks and be comfortable working in a busy small business environment:

    • Obtain financial data from vendors or customers as needed
    • Compute, record numerical data, and check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed
    • Correspond with our CPA Firm regarding best practices
    • Conduct month end closing procedures with little or no supervision
    • Provide customer service as needed to vendors and clients
    • Pay bills as needed, recording transactions
    • Ordering, Inventory management and purchase order management
    • Reconcile and pay weekly UPS/FedEx invoices and manage claims as they arise
    • Other support tasks may be asked in addition to the above
    • Create Purchase orders, aid in customer service and sales support
    • Help with HR/Payroll
    • Right hand person mentality

    Qualifications:

    • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Inventory Management
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • 1+ years of previous experience in office administration, accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and Accrual vs Cash Accounting
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • ADP knowledge a plus
