Community Manager | Coconut Creek - Coconut Creek, FL**As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our current and prospective residents by maintaining our property to the highest standards. Working closely with the Sales Vertical Leadership Team, Support Services Hub, and Service Team, you will ensure smooth coordination across all aspects of our business.

  • Your key areas of focus will be on financial management, maintaining the quality of our buildings, enhancing resident retention, effective risk and crisis management, and safeguarding the reputation of each community. By fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our community. Your Skills:


  • Partners with Procurement Department, Service Team, and Regional Leadership to oversee and manage the execution of Capital Expenditure Projects.
  • Knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures and ensures all associates are in full compliance.
  • Manages risk management strategy including best practices, liability insurance compliance, and incident reporting.
  • Ensures all corporate programs and technology are executed and results and/or usage meet company expectations.
  • Ensures that buildings and grounds, public areas, roads, walkways, parking areas, amenities and all other shared areas are all maintained in accordance with company policies. Takes corrective action to eliminate unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Performs weekly sitewide property inspections with Service Manager.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams). Working knowledge of Pricing and Revenue Management software as well as familiarity with Yardi and proptech systems.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities incumbent upon a Resident Services Associate as needed. (Refer to Resident Services Job Description.)
  • Assists at other Windsor Communities as directed by Divisional Manager.
  • Performs additional assignments as directed.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
