- Provide coaching and ongoing training to outbound Sales Development Representatives to improve their account approach, prospecting, and discovery efforts
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote ongoing career development and growth
- Hold your team accountable to obtain their monthly targets & KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Create and lead group trainings with new hires and current sales reps
- Interview, hire, and retain top sales talent to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team
- Work strategically across Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment on best practices for generating additional revenue and producing high-quality quota carriers
- 2+ years of experience managing outbound Sales Development Representatives within a SaaS environment
- Passionate about training, coaching, recruiting, and developing sales talent
- Track record of success managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience with Apollo, Zoominfo, and Nooks a plus
- $160,000 - $180,000 OTE
