We are seeking to hire a Director of Nursing Operations As a Director of Nursing Operations at Saint Alphonsus, you would be responsible for the development, communication, and successful execution of established financial and non-financial objectives as articulated through the organizational structure and strategic plans.
As a member of the nursing leadership team, the Director of Inpatient Nursing provides leadership and oversight to department managers and their staff for assigned areas of responsibility.
You would identify customer groups, assesses their needs, and coordinates the operations to successfully achieve organizational objectives. May serve as the CNO in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.General Requirements:
+ 5 years of experience with demonstrated nursing leadership skills such as team building, performance improvement, communications, systems thinking, negotiation, multitasking, leading interdisciplinary teams and financial and program management required
Education:
+ Must have a Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other healthcare related field or be currently enrolled in and complete a Master's program within 4 years of hire
License/Certification:
+ Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse. Must provide licensure or proof of application in process for Oregon within 6 months of hire. + American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
