- Managing, training, supervising, and mentoring Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
- Directing and coordinating drive-in restaurant staff to ensure exceptional food service
- Enforcing adherence to employee handbook policies and practices
- Executing opening and closing procedures
- Creating employee work schedules and adjusting staffing levels as needed
- Monitoring and controlling restaurant inventory
- Handling employee records and payroll
- Promoting a customer-centric environment
- Resolving guest requests and complaints promptly
- Participating in staff recruitment and hiring processes
- Developing operational reports and action plans
- Implementing marketing strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent (advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred)
- At least two years of restaurant management experience (QSR background is a plus)
- Availability for a five-day workweek with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of recruitment practices, labor laws, and health regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic accounting and computer proficiency
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
