    Job Overview:

    We are small woman owned, local boutique seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and boost sales. Your primary focus will be on content creation, scheduling, and fostering meaningful connections with our community. This is a hybrid position, including approximately 4 hours a week in store for photoshoots. With approximately 12 hours a week remote for creation and community engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation:

    Conceptualize, create, and curate visually appealing and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and Tik Tok.

    Develop engaging reels, graphics, and stories that showcase our products and convey the brand's unique identity.

    Content shoots will be held twice a week in store *Open to modeling merchandise and being in content if necessary*

    -Utilize trending themes and songs to boost reach and engagement.

    Attend all in store events and Nashville apparel market to capture behind the scenes content.

    2. Social Media Strategy:

    Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand image.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sounds on social media platforms to ensure a fresh and innovative approach.

    3. Community Engagement:

    Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with our audience and customers through comments, messages, and other interactions.

    • Taking time to follow and seek out new followers who align with our brands values and aesthetic

    Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback, responding promptly and appropriately.

    4. Scheduling and Analytics:

    Create a shared weekly calendar to plan and schedule content across all platforms to ensure a consistent and cohesive online presence.

    -Post at prime times to optimize visualization using appropriate and trending hashtags

    Create a end of month report by utilizing analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategy.

    5. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the ABEDNEGO team to align on content creation and social media efforts.

    Collaborate and communicate with models and influencers to schedule content shoots and collaborations. --- Work with brand partners to expand reach and amplify our community involvement through pop ups and events.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.

    Strong understanding of current trends in social media and content creation.

    Excellent photography and graphic design skills.

    Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

    Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
