YOUR TASKS


For the largest inland infrastructure project as part of the energy transition, we are looking for a
Contract and Claim Manager Construction (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

As a C&C Manager, you will independently handle the contractual processing of contracts for
civil engineering services, soil investigations, archaeological services, ordnance surveys/clearance, right of way, local construction supervision, and environmental construction supervision on the client side.


With
40% remote work (2 days per week), this position offers the opportunity to work either in the office in Göttingen or in Würzburg, depending on the location.


Your range of tasks includes, among others:

Contract management:


  • Analysis of contracts and coordination with the legal department
  • Monitoring and processing of contractual deadlines
  • Creation of checklists and documentation of correspondence
  • Conducting contract, change order, and claim management
  • Support in enforcing performance obligations
  • Contract controlling and risk assessment in collaboration with other departments

Claim management:


  • Recording and review of claims and entitlements
  • Formal and material review of change order requests and claim
