We are currently seeking a Group Leader (m/f/d) for our facility in Südstadt, Werderstraße 9, 76137 Karlsruhe, starting as soon as possible.


The position is full-time (39 hours per week), with 50% of the hours being a temporary replacement for maternity/parental leave.

Our Südstadt facility provides vocational training and employment opportunities for 85 adults with mental illness.

We are a supplier for well-known companies in various industries, producing both simple and complex assemblies, and offering work opportunities in other segments.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supervising and supporting individuals with disabilities in terms of production and pedagogy
  • Setting up production processes
  • Participating in improvement processes
  • Ensuring and documenting quality requirements
  • Processing orders in the ERP system

Your qualifications:


  • Either: Training as a work therapist or occupational therapist
  • Or: Technical or manual training
  • Willingness to advocate for the vocational and social inclusion of people with disabilities
  • High level of empathy and commitment to the needs of people with disabilities
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ideally, experience in industrial production
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, PPS system)
