- Review customer specifications and requirements to generate accurate quotes
- Utilize cost models and historical data to assist in developing pricing strategies
- Prepare and present quotes to customers, providing clear and concise explanations of pricing
- Manage the quote process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered, and pricing
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Update and maintain quote records in company database
- Generate reports on quote activity as requested by your manager
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all time
- 3+ years' experience in an admin or support role or higher
- Associate's Degree or higher a plus
- 5 years' experience can be used in lieu of a Degree
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office products
- Technical aptitude preferred
- Planning and organizing
- Previous SAP or ERP experience a plus
- Computer competency

- The base pay range for this position is Min $50,000 - Max $60,000

ROLE
At RTS, we understand that the key to success is a strong foundation. Our Quote Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of customer quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of customer quotes, as well as following up with customers. This position will require regular interaction with cross functional teams, so the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
